LIMITED
WARRANTY Plastics Unlimited, Inc. (PUI) warrants this Pedia Graph Immobilizer against any defects in material or workmanship as follows. 1. For a period of (1) year from the
date of purchase, if this Immobilizer or any parts thereof are
determined to be defective, PUI
will repair or replace the defective part (s), at its
option, free of charge. 2.
For this warranty to be effective, you must give PUI notice
of the defective part within one year of the date of purchase and
promptly return the defective part to PUI postage prepaid. 3.
Acrylic parts are not warranted against breakage. This warranty does not cover cosmetic
damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, negligence,
or modification of the product.
The product warranty does not cover damage due to improper
operation or maintenance, abnormal working conditions, or
transfers to someone other than
the original consumer purchaser. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, PUI MAKE NO WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. (931) 722-7181
